Consumption of fibrous foods such as vegetables and fruits are very important for gastrointestinal health. The direct impact when we eat less fiber are constipation or difficult bowel movements. Long term, the lack of fiber can cause major problems for health.

Recognize the signs when the body lacks the fiber below.

1. Faeces hard
